I have started trying to go through the boys clothes and switch out seasons and sizes since we are having some warmer days. I found these pajamas that were Jack's originally. They are size 12-18 months and you can tell that they are still a little big on Dustin (who turns 1 in 3 weeks).
Here is Jack wearing the same 12-18 month pj's but the difference is he was only 7 MONTHS OLD!!! 
They are both very cute boys though if you ask me!!
